Architects of our company are engaged in designing of private houses for building in territory of cottage small town "Oleshki" and behind its limits. You can order in us the outline sketch of a cottage, an apartment house.
Projecting, the architect always deals with a unique situation and the unique customer. The house should have not only individual space for a life, but also itself should be especial. For this reason first of all we develop an image of the house: the organisation of internal space and character of external shape. One of prominent features of objects «экодома» is use циркульных forms at roof creation that creates an expressive silhouette of a building which is combined with a silhouette of the Ukrainian landscape of a midland.
At a following design stage detailed working out of a lay-out of the house, and also study of constructive decisions is carried out. Building materials in many respects define apartment house atmosphere. Application of a tree and a natural stone — a shell rock not only will provide vital comfort in the house and on a site, but also will allow to save on heating and ventilation in the future. These building materials harmless and power saving up, their application considerably will reduce the price of building as they carry out simultaneously two functions — building designs and decorative surfaces.
